A Day to Align Your Year

A Day to Align Your Year

A Private, 2-Day Strategic Retreat for Women Entrepreneurs

January 29 - 30

10am - 4pm daily

Calamigos Ranch, Malibu

"Build the structure that supports your next season of growth."

A place to do entrepreneurship differently:

  • Even when things look successful on the outside, women who run their own businesses are carrying far more than most people see—financially, energetically, and practically.

  • You need a place to bring the shit-show that is entrepreneurship.

  • A place to process both the wins and the misses.

  • A place to get honest about what’s working, what’s not, and what you actually want next.

  • Entrepreneurship gives you the rare opportunity to continually shape—and reshape—your work and your life.

  • But doing this successfully requires spaciousness and reflection—two things most women rarely give themselves.

  • A Day to Align Your Year is designed to create exactly that: It’s a two-day container for slowing down enough to access higher-quality insight, spark fresh creative thinking, and intentionally design a calendar that reflects what lights you up—so you’re spending more time in your genius and making more money because of it.

  • This is what it means to be an Enlightened Entrepreneur: to lead with awareness, to work with your energy instead of against it, and to continually shape a body of work—and a life—you are truly in love with.

A new way forward—your way.

You already know how to set goals.
You’ve made the vision boards.
You’ve written the plans.
You probably even did a reset over the holidays.

And yet… now that the year is actually underway, you’re noticing something uncomfortable:

You’re back living last year's schedule.
Last year's pervasive thoughts keep creeping through.
Your usual way of operating has taken hold again.

You can feel it: your old way doesn’t fit anymore, especially for where you want to go.
It’s like wearing a winter sweater at the start of summer.

A Day to Align Your Year is an immersive two-day experience designed to move you out of your old way and spark your new way forward by infusing a level of energy, fresh thinking and next-level frameworks into your business and life.

You’ll leave with a real, grounded, quarter-by-quarter plan that matches who you are becoming and what you would genuinely love to create next.

Who this is for:

  • If you feel stuck, slow, or frustrated with your current pace of progress
  • You have goals, but notice your routine hasn’t really changed much to accommodate them

  • You're already sensing yourself react to what's around you instead of taking charge of your calendar this year

  • You are in flow and doing well—but know there’s a bigger next level calling you forward and you'd would rather use the momentum you have now to catapult you than wait until you hit a slump to get support

  • The business offerings that once felt exciting now feel heavy or uninspiring and you are ready to re-create your work
  • You are craving a real leap forward, not another baby step, and know you need a system, not just goals, to get you there

You do not need to be at a specific revenue level or in any particular industry.

You do need to be a woman who is serious about elevating how you work, lead, and grow.

Most entrepreneurs don't fail because they lack ambition or ideas.

They stall because:

  • Their goals live in one world

  • Their calendar lives in another

  • And their nervous system is still operating in last year’s patterns

So they keep:

  • Setting intentions that get put on the back burner

  • Adding more to their plate instead of redesigning what's already there

  • Waiting for “more time” or “more clarity” that never quite arrives

This retreat will interrupt that loop.

What makes this different:

This is not a motivational weekend, nor is it
a masterclass in time management.

This is structured, strategic, and deeply personal work.

Across two days, you will:

  • Step out of your daily environment and into a high-caliber, focused container in a powerful setting surrounded by nature

  • Audit what’s actually working in your business—and what’s quietly draining you

  • Get honest about where you’ve been overcommitting, under-resourcing, or under-leading

  • Rebuild your year around what matters most (not what’s loudest)

  • Design a quarter-by-quarter plan that feels both ambitious and doable

  • Leave with a rhythm and structure that supports real momentum

The flow of the 2 days:

Day One: Honest Business Audit, Designing Your Next Offer, Calendar Work

  • A truthful audit of your current business

  • Identifying what’s misaligned, draining, or outdated

  • Bringing forward your real priorities and desires

  • Releasing goals that no longer make sense

  • Creating your next offer that will boost your revenue by doing more of what you love

  • Calendar work mapping it all back to your time

Day Two: Structure, Strategy, and Momentum

  • Guided Canyon Hike as a group, discussing where the micro-moments are that you override yourself

  • Designing your quarter-by-quarter plan
  • Translating big goals into practical execution

  • Small group and partner work

  • Locking in next steps you can immediately act on

Why Malibu?

Certain conversations can only happen in the right setting.

When you step out of your day-to-day environment and step into nature— away from colleagues, clients, your to-do list, parenting, deliverables, and expectations — you can see things you didn't see before.

Being in person dissolves mental noise, accelerates decision-making and gives you the kind of perspective that simply doesn’t happen on Zoom.

And there is nothing more energizing than being in a closed group of women who are on the same path.

Love Notes

I generally am not very good at setting goals for myself. I tend to want to just do stuff and see what comes of it. This format helped me create goals that felt actionable, realistic, and also comprehensive in addressing all parts of life, not just business.”

“There aren’t enough words to share the depth of gratitude I feel toward you and our time working together. You have an extraordinary gift. Not only have you shown me (among an insane amount of other things) the true value of having the right support in place, but the power of listening to and saying YES to yourself. The entrepreneurial journey can be a lonely one and through our time together, I can now see crystal clearly that it doesn’t have to be—and shouldn’t be!

From the bottom of my heart, I thank you for witnessing me during this season of growth in my life.”

“I love meeting new people through Elizabeth and felt confident I would love them. I really felt like this combination of people was great — we had overlapping interests and also very different perspectives."

“Prior to coaching with Elizabeth I felt like I was living in heavy, dense fog. I was overworked and feeling disconnected from my reason for starting this business.

I had met Elizabeth at a soho house event and something she had said deeply resonated with me. It led me to have another conversation with her. And, in each interaction, I felt lighter, refreshed and a greater sense of clarity around my business.

While working with Elizabeth, every aspect of my life from my personal to my business was touched and transformed. And, I still am feeling the after effects from working together. A greater sense of confidence, finding and developing my voice and redesigning my business to align with my values were some of the highlights of being coached by Elizabeth.”

"Having uninterrupted time to focus solely on myself and my business was invaluable. The atmosphere was healing for me too– the power of nature was crucial in getting so much of what was stagnant finally moving!"

“There is no greater joy than getting to experience change and growth with other people. Having a space to do just– a space that is intentional, held, and measured– was invaluable.”

“Before I started working with Elizabeth, my business and life were in transition.

I had just quit my job and decided to start my own company. I knew that I wanted to create something different, new, meaningful, and I was just starting to figure out what that meant for me.

I knew pretty immediately that Elizabeth could help me build the kind of business and life I wanted to create. I said yes because deciding to do hard things doesn’t mean that we have to do them alone. Working with Elizabeth has provided a foundation of support to think more and better about the never-ending challenges of starting, growing, and living in/with a business.”
